Founder and CEO Greg Lockwood has been involved in construction in one form or another for most of his life.  As a teenager, he worked for his father's family business, Lockwood Painting, during summers and on weekends, painting and repairing for the residential, commercial and boating community.

Greg's love of design and construction has quietly made him a leader in our local world of residential construction.  During the early part of the last decade, Greg's love of construction and high-end A/V systems, along with his vision of making the most out of a home's space, led him to start designing Custom Home Theater Solutions for rooms and basements.  Between 2001 and 2007, as the founder of Delmarva Basements, Greg was involved in the design and installation of more than 300 finished basements, whole house audio solutions and Home Theaters. 

"I've seen alot of big players come and go in the last dozen years or so", Greg states, " from big box stores like Circuit City, to Home Theater stores, to literally dozens of "wanna be" home improvement contractors.   There are only a few of us that have survived the real estate crash, subsequent decline and gradual rise of residential construction".

 Greg's philosphy is simple:
